The DaseinFest idea
Η λογοτεχνία είναι, πάνω από όλα, καλλιέργεια γλώσσας. Η Γλώσσα, εντούτοις, δεν περιορίζεται στην ομιλία, ούτε αποτελείται αποκλειστικά από λέξεις και γραφή. Κάθε μορφή ανθρώπινης έκφρασης –είτε είναι τέχνη, επιστήμη ή δράση- δημιουργεί την δική της γλώσσα, χρησιμοποιεί το δικό της λεξιλόγιο, και ξεδιπλώνει αφηγήσεις. Στο Διεθνές Λογοτεχνικό Φεστιβάλ του Dasein, προσεγγίζουμε την ποικιλία αυτών των εκφράσεων, ανιχνεύοντας τις διαφορές τους και αναζητώντας τα κοινά τους σημεία. Φιλοξενούμε συγγραφείς και καλλιτέχνες από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, που στέκονται στο μεταίχμιο ανάμεσα σε διαφορετικές γλώσσες, σε μέσα και ιστορίες, και στοχάζονται ακριβώς από (και για) την θέση του μεταιχμιακού. Παρουσιάζουν τη δουλειά τους στο Dasein και συζητούν μαζί μας για τα πολλά πρόσωπα της δημιουργίας.Literature deals primarily with the cultivation of language. Language though, is not restricted to words, or to speaking and writing. Every domain of human expression -be it art, science or action- constructs its own language, its unique vocabulary, and unfolds narratives. At DaseinFest, we are looking at this actuality of expressions recognizing their multiplicity and exploring their common elements. We welcome artists and writers from Greece and abroad who exemplify this divergence, by standing between languages, between media, between histories. They present their work, collaborate in an experimental workshop and discuss the many faces of creation.
